There are some reviews that I just don't want to write. Sometimes the product is horrible and I'm forced to write Bad Things. In this case, it's personal. There are very few products that cross my desk which I would consider adding to my repertoire. This is one of those few and I wish I could keep it to myself.

I'm guessing most of you do some version of Brainwave, Invisible Deck, etc. I've been using Eugene Burger's Thought Sender for over a decade. It's simply the best method I've found. Brain Drain has now come in a close second.

Most Invisible Deck routines involve a significant amount of audience interaction. That's one of the reasons I like doing Thought Sender. But there are some times when a very direct, streamlined approach is more appealing. If you're working on the street or at a cocktail party, you may need to get to grab their attention and get to the punchline quickly.

That's where Brain Drain is the perfect option. Someone names a card… any card. You search through the deck, pull it out, and then cleanly show that it's the only one with an odd-colored back. It's that direct. Really! Any card. No slights. Instant reset.

I know I may sound like a magazine ad, but it really is that good. The only thing that pisses me off is that I was working towards a similar method years ago and never quite made it this far.

Oh, and if you want to do the traditional Invisible Deck routine, they cover that on the video, as well.
