Solomon's Secret Subtleties Review

There are some really good, imaginative, and unique routines on this DVD. I particularly liked “Folding the Blanket”. There is a real mix of different effects, including clock effects, matching cards, productions, etc.

The presentation is good and the instruction is very good.

Everything uses a regular card deck. In some cases, the deck is shuffled, in others, cards are set.

Many of these card effects have an “old school” look and feel. This isn’t necessarily a “CON”, but I thought potential buyers should beware of that. If you are looking for highly visual magic, this isn’t it. These are clever, unique routines with a regular deck of cards.

This is a very nice DVD, showcasing David Solomon’s excellent card work.
