Hypervision

(Based on 1 review)
#1. Five ESP slates depicting the five mindreader's symbols are shown to your audience.
A spectator is selected to be the Magical Mindreader and is given a pair of magical opera glasses, which he takes with him while he leaves the room.

#2. Another spectator selects one of the five symbols.

#3. The mindreader returns, looks through the glasses, and instantly names the chosen slate. The trick can be immediately repeated.

Hyper Vision goes beyond mind reading: this is magical mind control! Better still: it is 100% sure-fire -- and the volunteer mindreader will be fooled along with the rest of the audience. This amazing feat uses a scientific principle new to magic.

If this is the one I have with thin viewmaster like binoculars, not eyeglasses, this is one of my favorite tricks. I prefer to keep the audience in the dark challenging them to take a look when it is set up for them to fail. Up to you, but this way keeps them guessing and speculating.
