An incredible walkaround nest of boxes routine based on the classic stage trick lemon, egg and walnut.

Matthew Wright has been working on this plot for over 15 years and is finally ready to release his close-up version of this reputation making routine.

This impossible plot has been a popular stage effect for over a century and now it is "ready to go" and work in a close-up mix and mingle environment as well as being the perfect trick for table hopping at weddings, corporate events and dinners.

Everything has been designed with the practical worker in mind. From the simple, invisible, angle proof, instant loading system through to the quick and easy reset times GoNuts is an effect you will be able to preform "on the go", time after time.

The only prep time is gaffing a regular everyday orange which takes less than a minute and can be done in bulk, hours before hand or on the fly at the venue.

The reset for each performance is about 15 seconds.

Overview

Go Nuts by Matthew Wright is aptly named because you will "go nuts" with this absolutely over the top, incredibly thought out and out of the ordinary Ring To Impossible Location routine. Matthew Wright brought what would have been exclusively a stage routine down to the walk around performer. The concept and prop design is so clever and well made, I can't believe how inexpensively this is being sold for.

Effect

The performer borrows a ring and it disappears. However, he reaches into a black velvet bag and takes out an orange. He cuts the orange open and inside the orange is a Kinder Egg. The Kinder Egg is opened and inside the egg is a walnut. The walnut is opened and inside the walnut is the ring. An amazing piece of magic.

Method

The method is not unlike A Nest of Boxes and requires the gimmicks provided. This is a very well thought out and constructed piece of magic that will allow the walk around performer the opportunity to perform a magic piece that was relegated to the stage.

Product Quality

The product is incredibly well thought out and constructed. The gimmicks provided are designed to help make this a workable piece of magic. The only thing not provided is the orange and the ring of course. The workings are designed to prevent any mishaps and it is virtually faultless unless the performer drops the ring and loses it. In addition to the James Bond style gimmicks, you get no less than three 3 hours and 45 minutes of instruction. Everything is covered from setting up the gimmicks, preparing the orange to the handling. Nothing is left out.

Ad Copy Integrity

The ad copy is accurate and cannot convey how much value you get in this trick. If you are looking for something totally unique, than Go Nuts would be a definite.

Final Thoughts

I review a lot of magic and I cannot believe how much you get in this package. The props are substantial and quality made. The instruction is thorough and well shot. This is a definite 5 stars but I would have rated it higher if I could.
