The Effect: THE WEB RETURNS makes 'em jump up and scream! Four blank cards are counted onto the spectator's palm up hand. Then pictures of spider webs appear and disappear from the faces of the cards. To conclude, the spectator is asked to wave his hands over the cards. When he or she does, they discover a large, realistic spider on the back of their hand. You WILL make people scream with THE WEB RETURNS!

Overview
What’s in a name? I think someone famous said that, right? The Web Returns! That’s a pretty cool name, but is the trick cool too?So you have a bunch of cards, you show that they are all blank faced one at a time and drop them face down into the spectator’s open hand. You wave your hand and then the same cards are show to have a spider web on it. The cards are again dropped into the spectator’s hand and when the spectator turns his hand over, a real looking black widow spider is on the back of their hand. Spooky? Scary? Funny? All of the above.
The trick is easy to perform and a cinch to learn. For $15 bucks you really can't go wrong.
The trick comes with 5 different cards. A blank one, a spider web card, a spider card, a spider in a web and a bunch of baby spiders. You also get a downloadable 25-minute instructional video taught well by Javier Fuenmayor who teaches the routine and the easy sleights you will need to employ.
The different cards described above leave great leeway to create your own patter as you present this trick. Generally, you display just two different cards with an easy sleight so it looks like all the cards have the same face, but you can use more than two of the faces.
This trick is an update to a prior version. This version does not have Bicycle backed cards, but instead have heavy duty cards with a spooky black back and with some new graphics.
Effect
The effect as described above is very interactive and the spectator’s are holding the cards in their hands the whole time until the spider appears stuck on the back of their hand.Method
The method requires one of the easiest moves out there, some misdirection and a bit of guts to secretly get the spider stuck to the back of your spectator’s hand.Product Quality

in my opinion, the ad copy is a bit of puffery, but not enough to upset me. I do take issue with the sentence "Based on The classic Web effect, the web returns gives you all the thrills and chills of the original PLUS so much more!!!" I am not sure what the "so much more" is so I am highlighting that hyperbole.
