The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Many items on this website are custom made for you the customer. You are responsible for the measurements and information supplied before your item is carefully made according to that information. Under no circumstances can items be returned as a result of you providing the wrong information. All items are carefully controlled prior to shipping to ensure that they leave the facility in working order. No item is sent broken or faulty. All items are packed securely for safe transit and in most cases are not fragile or breakable. In the case of a non-custom item (eg. Magna-seam, Colour Change Waistcoat) exchanges maybe made for the same product (or in the case of the standard Colour Change Waistcoat) a different size. The product must be returned within one week of receipt in original packing, including instructions and spare parts. The buyer is responsible for the costs of the return shipping.
