How much is the premium service?

How do I sign up for advertising?
|
|
Send us an email at sales@mylovelyassistant.com and we'll
help you get started. Prices (and I know that was your next question) are based on the number of impressions
your ad gets (how many people see it). You can purchase a set number of impressions up front to keep your
costs fixed. We will also track how many clicks your ads get. For now, pricing is $2 per 1000 impressions
or $.10 per click. These prices are subject to change without notice. Advertisements must be of interest
to magicians (as determined by us) but excluding general magic dealers (see next question).
General magic dealers are invited to advertise with us on our front page.

What kind of ads are we talking about?
|

Our free service contains single line, text-only advertisements to help us
offset our operating costs. These ads will be of specific interest to
magicians -- the kind of advertisers you see in MAGIC, Genii, or The Linking
Ring. Furthermore, we will not accept advertising from general magic
dealers. Think about it. Why would a dealer use our free service if we're
going to make ads for another dealer magically appear on his website? We won't do that.
General magic dealers are invited to advertise with us on our front page.

Where do I find the MLA product ids?

The MLA product id and sku are shown on the product's details page just below the product
description along with the list price and publisher. In the example shown, the pid is 7635
and the sku is 9p3zZw4Y53dx8CI.

What if the product isn't found in the MLA database?
|
This might happen, for example, if we can't locate a product in our database with the product
id provided. In this case, no content is returned. More precisely, we return a single
non-breaking space ( ) and a line break(<br>).
