This book is a fun read. Full of lots of arcane "Eastern Magic" routines, but not for the faint of heart. This is a collection of the magazines Swami and Mantra and as such they are reproduced in pretty much the same form as they were published. I wouldn't exactly use this as a how-to book, but rather as reference source and starting point.
