K-Rect was and is a great 7 Keys to Baldpate effect but since this is not currently available a new version has cropped up. Stevens Magic Emporium has produced Correct-Key which fits the bill nicely.

Seven spectators are each given a key and asked to try their luck at opening the pad lock. All the keys fail to unlock the lock. The examined keys are now each placed in separate manila envelopes which are then deposited in a clear bowl. An eighth key is introduced and this key proves to be the one and only key fitting the lock. This key is also sealed in a separate envelope which is mixed in with the others.

The spectators each select one envelope until only one is left which is given to the performer. He hands this one envelope to an audience member to open. The key selected proves to be the only key that will open the lock!

The performer does not switch the envelope or key. Other routines are included. Comes complete ready to perform.

I just received Correct Key. I find that it works as advertised and is very easy to use, The keys look a bit strange but I feel if well presented, will fly by the spectator. I have another lock which needs to be opened by the performer, but this can be opened by the spectator and be performed hands off. I am looking forward to see my audience's reactions. Good product!
