I have always been interested in various styles of close-up tables, so when this DVD hit the ads I bought it. NOT GOOD. There is absolutely nothing on this DVD that tells "how to make a close-up table". NOTHING.

I wrote to James Clark and expressed my dissatisfaction with it. I clearly stated that this DVD would be better titled, "How to cover any flat table with pool table felt", since this is all that is taught on the DVD. The email response I got was 1) the comment that "we will bring up your concerns with the people involved", and 2) NOTHING ELSE.

No apologies. No offer of credit. NOTHING.

This was a total waste of my money, yet Mr. Clark felt it a big enough concern to completely ignore and contact with me after that.

One good thing: They no longer offer this DVD on their website.
