The Genius of Robert Harbin

Eric Lewis

Magic Words

(Based on 1 review)
Robert Harbin is a name that towers over the world of magic. His original stage illusions are familiar, even to laymen, in all parts of the world. His incredible output of close-up, cabaret and stage magic continued unabated for over forty years. Today, Robert Harbin is recognized as a rare genius of 20th century magic.

As a writer, artist and confidant of the legendary Robert Harbin, author Eric Lewis has produced a fascinating, behind the scenes look at the public, as well as private life of his friend. The Genius of Robert Harbin includes detailed explanations for sixty-six Harbin effects including a number of previously un-published illusions.

Pages: 358 - 8" x 10" - Hardcover with dust jacket - Lavishly illustrated with 150 photographs, programs, and advertisements.

Robert Harbin has to be the greatest inventor of magic that ever lived.
This book goes through his life and explains most of his magic.
There are a few things missing from this book like his famous ZIG-ZAG Girl, (only because it was published in his 'the magic of Robert Harbin') however there is more than enough material in this wonderful book to more than make up for it.
This has got to rate in one of my top 10 magic books!
