Imagine a stone bust, obviously centuries old coming to life at your command. This bizarre entity not only comes to life, it speaks! And it will perform one of the most unusual card effects in the annuals of Magic, far exceeding the dreams of Prof. Hoffman with his original idea.
Five playing cards are selected by audience members. They are returned to the deck. The Magus approaches the stone bust of the Satyr and addresses it. Suddenly, the bust comes to life, it's eyes glowing with an eerie and menacing stare.
"Who dares disturb my sleep?" bellows the voice from the statue, it's lips actually moving and eyes scanning the audience.
"It is I your Eminence, The Magician. I would like you to assist me with my performance."
"Ugh!, another card trick I suppose. Very well magician, but you will owe me dearly!"
The performer places the deck of cards within the mouth of the Satyr and the Satyr begins to chew. Two cards eventually are spit forth from its lips. Then another growling sound is heard and a card rises from the top of the Satyr's head. This card splits into two and a third rises from behind!
All Five cards have been located by the Satyr which now returns to his sleep, closing its eyes and becoming stone again.
Our new limited edition Satyr is like nothing you have ever witnessed before. The stone-like material is actually a silicone casting made by one of movie land's great make-up artists and commissioned exclusively by us to produce this fantastic creation.
The actuators and electronics are state of the art, the effect down-right spooky and the Magic is incredible.
The speech can be programmed to say what ever you want to say, but we have set it for the above routine. This will play well in your office, magic den or even a bizarre routine or séance room.
The unit is guaranteed both parts and labor for one full year. The silicone bust is guaranteed not to crack, fade or distort for 100 years.
