It's a tube with a rubber band through the end, plus a rod with a hook in the end. You demonstrate how to hook the rod onto the band, so that the rod will snap back when pulled. It looks easy -- yet you're the only one who can do it.

Buy these by the dozen. Not a great trick but a fantastic give away. Some people never catch on, some will immediately. You have more fun with this at a party than any magic trick. Give it away and you may start another sucker becoming a slave to this hobby, art, profession for the rest of his/her life.
