Clever use of modern electronics make the apparatus a pleasure to use. Three wooden soldiers stand in front of their wooden sentry boxes. One soldier has a WHITE BUSBY, one has a GREEN BUSBY and the other has a BLACK BUSBY. The performer walks right away from the apparatus and invites a spectator to think of any Guardsman, then remove him from the stand and place it into an ordinary paper bag. The performer has his back turned whilst this is done but instantly is able to name which Guardsman is in the paper bag. The Guardsman is replaced in front of his sentry box and the spectator is instructed to think of any TWO Guardsmen, then remove them and hide them in the paper bag. Again the performer is able to name which two are in the paper bag, despite having his back turned and being well away from the apparatus. The finale is a real HUMDINGER! The spectator is asked to remove Guardsmen one by one and to place them into three different coat pockets. The performer INSTANTLY NAMES WHICH GUARDSMAN IS IN WHICH POCKET. Bear in mind the spectator has a FREE CHOICE AT ALL TIMES. Many other routines can be presented with this versatile apparatus.
