A prediction that floats. The performer lays a large envelope on the table explaining that this contains a strange prediction and all will be revealed shortly. A deck of cards is introduced, shown to be all different cards and a selection is made. Let's say that it's the Ace of Diamonds. A giant card is pulled out of the envelope and placed face down on the table. The card is then recovered with a silk handkerchief and the spectator places their hands flat on top of the card and the silk. The card begins to actually rise under their hands creating a lovely floating table-type effect. After the card rises and falls a few times, you whisk away the silk telling the spectator to name their chosen card. Finally, you turn the card face up to reveal a three dimensional image of their chosen card.
