Very good trick. The instructions sent with the gimmick are not the best, and there is a much better method to do it. The main problem is that you can't use someone else's coin unless you do a switch.

I'm starting out in magic and I think I encountered this at the right time. I'm not so confident with my sleights that I can pull things off like a coin production and vanish every single time, and let's face it, my French Drop impresses people only once, right?

For those well-versed in sleights the Raven may cause either an eye roll or a yawn, but this is a well-made gimmick and I've certainly been able to use it effectively.

It is of only moderate usefulness without the video, however. But like pretty much any other gimmick, in the hands of an experienced user you can really seem to be--well, an experienced user.

There are no complete shortcuts in magic but this is a pretty good partial shortcut.
