This company was highly disapointing and they undoubtedly did not live up to there hipe and talk on the site.....Bad costumer service and all around service in general.

I oredered about $100 worth of magic DVD's from these guys and it toolk me a whole month to recieve my order. Then when I finally did, several items where not in the order and yet I was still charged. Very upsetting. The worst part is the customer service is nearly non exsistent try calling and no one ever answers.

I'm very happy with buying from Pro Magic Shop. Most important fast Shipping...The best in the business, I get orders within 2-3 days! And shipping over $20 is FREE. Prices are at low prices to start. I had a problem once with a order I didn't receive, They resent it out to me. It did take a few phone calls & email to get results with the problem. But overall they impress me with the speed of delivery. ++++
